LAST FRIDAY MEDITATION + MONTHLY NIDRA WILL BE THIS WEEK:

💫Our last weekly Friday 12-12:30pm meditation will be THIS FRIDAY January 2nd!

💫Our last Nidra, Oracle and Journaling Session will be Sunday January 4th 5-6:15pm PST

I will add 4-6 NEW meditations to our Seek Within Library …
